Description

Cable drum hydraulic jacks are designed to raise a drum of power cable or steel wire rope to a height where cable can be reeled off the drum. They are used in pairs together with a lifting shaft and cable laying rollers.

The frame is light weight and easy to move around. The jacks are quicker to operate than other screw-type jacks. The base of the frame has an adequate footprint thereby offering an even weight distribution and stability during lifting.

Furthermore, the design of the frame provides a versatile range of operating heights to suit different sizes of cable drums.

For these reasons the cable drum hydraulic lifting jacks are well suited for cable yards and on-site handling of power cable drums.

Each units comes with its own serial number. Load testing can be provided. Refurbishment and retesting are also offered.
